A Taste of South Africa
Friday February 23rd 7:30-9:30pm
While South Africa's wine production dates back to 1659, its considered a New World wine region. Due to the generally warm climate and cool ocean breezes in the Western Cape, the high alcohol wines often smell of ripe, silky fruit while showcasing earthy flavors and finish with restraint.
Join us as we explore the wines of the Western Cape of South Africa and pair each with foods that further enhances their distinctive qualities.
